Going Green: 15 Eco-Friendly Tees for Your Wardrobe

With all of the awful things being done to our planet today, it’s great to see companies that are taking the initiative to make their products as eco-friendly as possible. Much of today’s cotton plants are treated with pesticides that are harmful to both the environment and its inhabitants. These crops are then processed with toxic chemicals, including heavy metal dyes and bleach. Clearly, this is only continuing to damage our planet.
On the bright side, more and more companies are now using organic tees and/or printing with non-toxic inks in order to make their products safer for both the environment and for their consumers. With that in mind, you can become a smarter shopper and reduce your carbon footprint by going green with your wardrobe. Without further ado, here are 15 of my favorite tees from companies that are looking out for Mother Earth.
